I recently purchased property from Tom and couldn’t be more pleased. We are in different states but the transaction went very smoothly. I recommend Tom highly. If you’re looking for property, he’s the one to call.

I purchased a 1 acre lot from Wilco Land in march of 2016. This was my first time purchasing land and i had many questions. Tom and Miles answered all of them very thoroughly. A lot places you call do not answer the phone, not these guys, always there when i had questions. I am so glad i bought from them.Down to earth to deal with. Highly recommend.

Hello Tom and Miles, I really don’t know how to start. Hmmm, Weeellll, uuuhhhh, oh yeah! My experience has been nothing but great, you both worked with me no matter what the situations were, I was scared that I would get booted and loose my deposits and any payments that I have made but, that was not the case. Tom and Miles, you both were a better, more smooth and a no headache deal that I have ever experienced, I loved working with you both. My experience was and is better than working with a realtor, bank, etc. I have no words that can say of how thankful I am and that you both made it happened and were very patient. I had many reservations as this was my first time buying land. Miles Mc​L​aughlin and Tom Willis did a great job and thoroughly answered all my questions as best they could. Wilco appears to be an honest, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy business that truly tries to do right by their customers. I would not have any issues with buying land from these guys again.

I’ve been active with the KRCE HOA, and my business has taken off. Been getting the ranch ready for winter, “you know what that is like”. Hope your land sales are going well. I’m happy with my purchase, I’ve been camping on it a couple of times.

Miles has been incredible and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything​ ​he’s done. We had tried other land owner carry sites and they were all epic failures. They could care less about Us or what our needs really were. Miles was extremely easy to work with and the whole process from beginning to end was fast, simple and easy. I have been looking for a little slice of heaven and finally found it thanks to WilcoLand. Miles was so great wot work with and were very helpful and the fact they finance is awesome, banks don’t like giving out money for just undeveloped land. Made it great and very affordable for the ones who don’t have large sums of money to drop down but yet can afford to add it into their budget. I have already recommended you to a few folks and I know one has already been in contact. Thanks again. This was my best x-mas present to me and my family ever!

They are a company that has integrity. When I bought a piece of land they actually refunded my money to talk to me about it first. I do not know what other company would do that. They are timely and professional. In short, buy land from them.
