Access Notes: Use GPS coords to access and review the BLM roads that meander back there. Previous seller mentioned there is two access routes. I see one from 27E. Previous seller used for hunting property. Refer to the google earth file, listing photos, Gunnison Co GIS maps, and even using OnX to visit will be helpful.
Updated notes from Photographer: From Gunnison I took 149 to county rd 27 to huntsman Mesa access road (which is only 3/4 of a mile up county road 27) to trail 3047 at the end of that one it spilts off three ways and I stayed to the far left and it led right to it. There were no signs for trail numbers on the road to the property. The other two did have trail numbers.
