My summary on access… There are a few access opportunities. One, is from a snowmobile trail that crosses the property. You can access this trail from Upper Red Lake during the winter or from the north of the subject through the trail system that is on 1250,000+ acres of Minnesota Wildlife Management land. There is also a dirt road to the east of the property running east and west that takes you into the property. This road may be usable during the summer/fall months using an ATV or 4 wheeler or even a truck. It crosses through the Wildlife Management land. This access route is unverified and I do not know the restrictions around using it. This is for the Buyer to inquire with the state management programs about the usage. If not, there is always walk/hike in access from the north or the dirt road from the east through Wildlife Management land. Over the long run, a Buyer could look to acquire an easement, for a road, from the state through the Wildlife Management section.
