Power is everywhere, I was surprised how many poles and connections. All houses had wells, they (neighbors, who were very friendly) said you would need to drill about 100, and one had to drill 200. One guy is off grid, he built his well, and dug it by hand, he said he got water at 15 feet. I saw 6 septic drain areas, the two I spoke to said they perked with ease, and had no issues, the other uses an outhouse he stated, and many have RVs they just haul out, I am not sure how you get an RV up there to be honest, but they had them. Lastly, the property view is amazing, cliffs, mountains, trees, old growth, water views, easy access to water, rolling hills, panoramic view of the whole area.

- Access Notes: There is road access and there are multiple routes to access the property, please go prepared with onxmaps downloaded or another mapping off and prepare to lose cell phone service. Use GPS coordinates and backcountry skills to access.Directions from Photographer: Take Cougar creek road, this will look county at this time, Take Sherid road from here, it gets backroads, gravel, dirt, trench’s, but nothing you can’t take a Honda on, one lane, with turnouts. Then on the map you will see dotted lines into the property and around, all of these are great roads for what they are, very well maintained, grooves, but again a Honda did this.
