  • Access Notes: Currently, there is an old road that will take you to the property. It could use some improvement but you can drive a Side by Side/ATV or walk in over that road. The access is a 60ft wide platted road in this subdivision that we had surveyed on the Western boundary of it as a landmark (so it goes another 60ft to the east). You can see the stakes in the ground. The survey work is done.
