RV Usage: Basically not suited for permanent residency, but you can camp on it with a tent or RV. They get over 10 feet of accumulated snow in the winter that doesn’t bode well with RVs or trailers left over the winter. Some people camp on their undeveloped lots in the summer. Without a water and septic system, you would have to take the RV 20 miles to the state park to dump the holding tank and fill up the water tank.
