- Access Notes: To put in a driveway off Hwy 61 (Voyageur Hwy), you will need to contact MnDot for a permit. Otherwise, you can park on E. Shilhon and walk onto the property, for camping and recreational purposes via the utility easement. The other option is to work with the adjacent neighbor to obtain an easement for a driveway of off Shilhon. There is no legal access according to the title company that we purchased through and the property is priced with that in mind. There is still an opportunity to acquire a driveway permit/easement and use the property for camping and recreation at the very least.
