- Access Notes: From the owner: There is no access to this property. I suggest accessing via the river going through the land OR contacting Weyerhaeuser Lumber local offices. I say Weyerhaeuser because there’s a road that get’s really close to the property from the south via their tract of land. It sounds like they are reasonable and willing to work with a landowner on pulling timber off this property (the land now has value in it’s timber) and temporary use for recreation, etc. As always, Buyer will need to perform their own due diligence and facts.
