This property is a one of my favorites… Why? The terrain is perfectly wooded and mostly level on this 10 acre lot. The land offers privacy, being tucked away next to Soldier Mountain, and the zoning is a combination of Residential and Mobile (R-L-T), opening up a surplus of potential uses on this vacant land listing!
Not only is the land itself a spectacular property, that typically sells fast here at Wilco, but the comparable sales in the area are also impressive! Properties in this area show to be a solid investment overall.
Nearby you will find:
~80miles from Redding, CA
~40 miles to McCloud / Mt Shasta, California
~Surrounding this property is the Shasta-Trinity, Lassen, and Modoc National Forests
– Lake Britton ~20 mile drive
– The iconic Burney Falls is also just over a ~20 mile drive
Based on this property type and location, this Inter Mountain 10 acre parcel won’t last long!

Photographer notes from their visit: By Google Maps, there are two different routes to access this property. The first route actually shows up as a road and that is Masac Lane from Picket Road. However, Masac Lane doesn’t physically exist. There isn’t any grading or path from Picket Road at the turn off from Picket Road for where Google Maps denotes Masac Lane as being. If attempting to access the property via this route, you have to park off to the side of Picket Road not far from the last residence on the road and walk westward to get to the ten acre lot.
The other route to the property doesn’t actually have a formal name and it’s not marked as a route on Google Maps. However, part of it can be seen from an aerial view of the property on Google Maps. To access it, you take Pine Meadows off of Picket Road and drive past a property with lime green residence. On the right is a dirt road that leads up to the parcel.
The property itself is relatively flat with relative inclines and moderate tree density toward the outer boundaries. The middle has less trees and vegetation. There were no signs of squatting on the property that I saw and it was clean.
