“Summary of our photographer’s feedback:To say the least, this truly is at the end of road. It was an adventure to get to. But we did manage to get onto the property. Coming up the road on Shotgun there are a couple spots where cell phone service does come in. There is Access from a road called “Gus Hawk Ln” Via “Gun Shot” Via “Shot Gun” But the original deeded access straight up the middle I believe has 2 locked gates on it. We gained access through the roads I mentioned above. We also had to talk to a neighbor to gain access through a locked gate on Gus Hawk Lane. I will need to review the EnPlan maps to reference the neighbor’s properties to our routes. Views of bald mountain on the right as you come up shotgun rd. The road is dirt all the way up there is rough terrain and ruts in the road tight spaces and sheer cliffs on some areas. Of the ten parcels up there maybe half of them occupied full time. They are rather close and the way that people choose to settle them is rather unusual which makes for a complex maze of winding roads that seem to go in a circle up there. Once we gained access to the south eastern side of the property I believe, the lot is heavily wooded with large red cedar and doug fir. There is a small clearing when you first come in but the rest needs roads pushed in. Very quiet. Lots of deer and bears. Neighbors are fairly friendly, a few a actually homesteading, a few a vacation rentals, and appears to be a small farm friendly area”
