Photographer Feedback on the Property: The road leading to the property is great. I was in 1st gear some places, it is very steep, but the road is nicely paved. There appears to be 2 entrances to the property, both starting from the east of the property, going south. The entrance furthest east looks as if it goes south, and u turns back north to the north east of the property, and this road loops all around the property. The looping road hasn’t been maintained in a long time, but it is mostly there. There are parts where you can’t get through the looping road, due to trees and black berries, but it wouldn’t take much to fix. There is a fallen tree and a drainage pipe blocking the road furthest east, and the other is blocked by black berries. There is a 15 foot ridge to the east of the property, I climbed it to access the property, but it gets shorter going to the south. There is a steep ridge going to the east of the property also. It is surprisingly flat on the property, even though on the north, west and east are steep drop offs with properties below. The ground is covered in small spider webs. There are huge red woods on the property, but if they were removed, it would make a nice place to live. There is great cell service, despite being surrounded by trees. There is a fence to the west of the property, that seems to start where the slop begins. the south of the property is extremely dense with trees and brush, which cannot be walked through, however it only amounts to about 15-20% of the south of the property. This property seems to be very nice. The road needs a little work, but its about 70% there.
