Description: Own Your Own Slice of Paradise in the North Cascades!
This incredible 36-acre property in Leavenworth, WA, is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Located next to Lake Wenatchee and the White River, and adjacent to Wenatchee National Forest and Wildlife areas, this property offers endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
Imagine waking up to the sound of birds singing and the fresh mountain air. Spend your days fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the breathtaking scenery. And when you’re ready to retire for the evening, cozy up in your cabin or RV and watch the stars come out over the North Cascades.
This property is a great hunting property, with a variety of game animals, including deer, elk, bear, and cougar. With no neighbors and public land access to world-class recreation and rivers, this property is truly a unique and special place.
Imagine the possibilities this 36-acre property holds:
- Build a cozy dry cabin for hunting and backcountry adventures. Your basecamp for exploration and relaxation.
- Set up an RV spot with a sturdy snow roof, ensuring year-round access to your sanctuary. The previous owner started a dry cabin and could still have an RV roof out there. Both look in poor shape based on county GIS images. See these old photos from the past previous owner: Click to view
- Camp under the stars and let the wilderness lull you to sleep with its soothing sounds.
- Consider it an investment in the heart of the Cascades, a rare opportunity to own a 36 acre tract in this breathtaking region. If you’re looking for a similar comparable listing, this is just 11 acres, without access plus a dry cabin, that went under contract within 27 days on market here: Click to view Zillow listing
Embrace the beauty of the North Cascades and unlock a world of adventure in Leavenworth, Washington’s backyard!
Lastly, we had a preliminary wetlands report done to get an idea of the wetlands because it’s mostly wetlands except a small portion in the NE corner and the feedback we got was: “There are two small upland areas that driveways lead to and they are each around 1,000 sq. ft. The upland (non-wetland) areas are shown in orange on the attached map. There are a few other higher spots that are not wetland but they are just small hummocks that are only a few square feet surrounded by wetland. See report here: Click to view
