The Title company told us the subject parcel abuts a public right of way where Park Smith Dr widens on the east side of the rail road. This would be the access. Currently there is an electronic gate that opened right up when our photographer pulled up based on his notes.
We called the planning department and according to them, our parcel is a privately owned lot that borders the City property.
We don’t know who installed the gate, but we assume the future owner who develops this will use that as their driveway and figure out who owns the gate to either have it removed or shared. I don’t know who put that gate up but maybe I’m sure I’ll learn more as we start to market this locally!
