I describe my access route in the video.There is legal access and easements to this property off the Kokopelli Trail. The fella we bought it from actually created this small subdivision of private ownership from buying the land from a rancher long ago and shared the background with us. PS I do advise walking into the property (which is what I did) because there are a couple gates up for privacy, so the end Buyer will also have access through those gates but for now to respect the landscape and neighbors privacy please try to walk into this property or go on horseback.
