Trust me, I get it. We’ve purchased hundreds of properties and some of them were a bit hairy. We once purchased a property in Hawaii that had a tree that kept dropping limbs on the neighbor’s fence (damn you Albizia tree!), and there was a branch that even looked like it could have fallen on his house! That could have been a very expensive mistake. Luckily, we were able to sell it to a local who was able to deal with the tree and stop any further damage.
