At coordinates 45.41193, -109.85438, you’ll reach the Cathedral Mountain Ranch Association gate. This entrance requires a passcode for entry — but you don’t need to use this gate. Instead, continue to the alternative access route with no lock or code:

- Continue on Cathedral Mountain Ranch Trail (stay on this main road — Google Maps may suggest turning onto Bighorn Trail, but ignore that).
- You’ll pass the Bighorn Trail fork at 45.41705, -109.85709 — stay straight on Cathedral Mountain Ranch Trail.
- Follow this developed road until you reach Elk Lake Road at 45.41716, -109.8639, and then the property access road at 45.42182, -109.86398.

- The covenants of Cathedral Mountain Ranch allow owners to install septic systems. The suitability of any particular lot, for septic installation, should be made by a qualified builder or septic system firm.
